StockSense Multi is the version of StockSense for merchants who sell the same goods in several e-shops (for example CZ, SK and HU versions) from one warehouse. It loads product and order exports from each e-shop, matches products by code and EAN and calculates one stock-out forecast and one set of restock recommendations for the whole warehouse.

When the same goods sell in five e-shops, none of them alone knows when they will run out. An add-on for a single Shoptet shop sees only its share of sales. Multi sees all of them.
No add-on to install, works from exports
Create an account
All it takes is a company name and an e-mail address, where the confirmation link arrives. You sign in by e-mail, no password.
Paste the export links
For each e-shop a link to the product and order exports that Shoptet can generate. You choose which shop holds the stock level.

Products are matched by code, or by EAN as a fallback. Sales from all shops form one forecast over one warehouse.

What people ask
What is the difference between the add-on and Multi?
The add-on is installed in one Shoptet e-shop and reads data through the API. Multi joins several e-shops over one warehouse and takes data from exports, so there is nothing to install.
Do all my e-shops need to be on Shoptet?
Multi currently reads exports in the Shoptet format. If you use another system, write to info@wipora.cz and tell us which one; we will work it out.
How does Multi match products between e-shops?
By product code, and by EAN when the code does not match. Sets and packs are split into base items.
How often is the data refreshed?
Every night. During the day you can load the exports manually.
How much does StockSense Multi cost?
CZK 250 a month for the first e-shop and CZK 40 for each additional one, excl. VAT. The first 7 days are free and need no card; after that you pay by card. Cancel any time.
