Every morning you know what is running out, when, and how much to order.
StockSense reads your e-shop's sales, works out when each item will sell out and prepares an order for every supplier. No exports, no manual spreadsheets.
Then CZK 250 a month excl. VAT. All features, no SKU limit, cancel any time.

StockSense is an add-on for e-shops on the Shoptet platform that uses sales history and current stock levels to calculate a stock-out forecast for every item and restock recommendations per supplier. It loads data automatically every night through the official Shoptet API, never changes anything in the e-shop and exports the results to Excel.
A warehouse nobody has time to watch
Purchasing in an e-shop usually happens from an export, by gut feeling, on Monday morning. Each of those mistakes costs money.
The bestseller runs out on Thursday, you find out on Monday
Meanwhile customers buy elsewhere. Every day without the product is lost orders you will never get back.
Orders by feel
How many units to order when the supplier delivers in three weeks and only by the pallet? The guess is usually too little or needlessly too much.
Cash locked on the shelves
Goods that have not sold for six months tie up cash and space. Without an overview nobody discounts them in time.
Three steps, no spreadsheet setup
Install the add-on
One click in Shoptet Add-ons. StockSense gets read-only access to products, stock and orders and changes nothing in the e-shop.
Data loads by itself
You see the first overview within minutes. After that the data refreshes every night at 3:00 via the official Shoptet API.
In the morning you know what to order
The "What now?" panel shows what is sold out and what runs out within a week. Restock recommendations prepare quantities per supplier.
What StockSense does
Everything in one app that you open straight from the Shoptet admin.
Stock-out forecast
For every item you see in how many days it will run out at today's sales pace. Calculated from the last 30, 60 or 90 days.
- "What now?" panel: sold out, within 7 days, 7–14 and 14–30 days
- Flags one-off spikes, promotional prices and bulk issues so they do not mislead you
- Tells sporadic sales apart from goods that sell regularly

Restock recommendations
How much to order is calculated from sales over the lead time, the order cycle and safety stock. It subtracts what you have in stock and what is already on the way.
- Lead time, cycle and safety stock set separately for each supplier
- Rounding to packs and pallets, also per product
- Goods on the way with the expected delivery date
- Seasonal mode based on last year's months
- Excel export: one order = one supplier

Dead stock, margins and the full inventory
The whole warehouse in one place, with purchase and selling prices, stock value and ABC analysis.
- Dead stock with no sale for 30, 60, 90 and 180 days, and how much cash sits in it
- ABC analysis: which products make 80 % of revenue
- Filters by supplier, category, brand, column picker, export

Out of stock online and in stores
What is missing in the e-shop and what in the retail stores, per warehouse.

New features arrive every month and you see straight away in the app what has changed.

What people ask
What do I need to use StockSense?
A Shoptet e-shop with its own stock. You install the add-on in the admin under Add-ons; nothing else needs setting up. Lead times and other parameters can be added later following the guide.
How much does StockSense cost?
30 days free on first installation, then CZK 250 a month excl. VAT, or CZK 2,880 a year. All features are included, with no SKU limit. Details in the pricing.
How does StockSense calculate the stock-out forecast?
From sales over the last 30, 60 or 90 days it works out the average daily pace and divides the current stock by it. One-off spikes, promotions and bulk issues are flagged so they do not distort the result. For seasonal goods you can calculate by last year's months.
What exactly is synchronised?
Products including variants, stock levels per warehouse, orders and stock movements. Data loads every night at 3:00 and you can refresh it manually during the day.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Germany (Hetzner). Access keys are encrypted, so are the backups. We do not store your customers' personal data. Details in the privacy policy.
Does StockSense also watch stock in retail stores?
Yes. Sold-out goods are tracked separately for the e-shop and for the stores, per warehouse, including POS sales.
Does StockSense handle product sets and variants?
Yes. Every variant (colour, size) has its own row and a set sale is split across the items it consists of.
How do I cancel the StockSense add-on?
Uninstall it in the Shoptet admin under Add-ons. Billing stops, the add-on's access to your e-shop data ends immediately and we delete the stored data.
