Overview and ABC analysis

SKU counts, stock value at purchase and selling prices, revenue and a stock health score. Below that monthly sales, top categories and top brands.

  • ABC analysis: A = products with 80 % of revenue, B the next 15 %, C the rest, one click to the list
  • Daily sales for 30 days and monthly sales for the last year
  • Categories and brands with stock and sales over 30 days

Stock-out forecast

In how many days and weeks an item will sell out at today's pace. The pace is calculated from the last 30, 60 and 90 days, never from the whole history, so old sales do not distort the result.

  • Active / Top / All switch: only what sells, the best sellers, or everything
  • Check demand label for one-off spikes, promotional prices or bulk issues
  • Sporadic sale label for goods that sold once in a while
  • Discontinued products and clearance sets can be excluded from the forecast

Restock recommendations

How many units to order. Calculated as consumption over the lead time and delivery cycle plus safety stock, minus what you have in stock and what is already on the way.

  • Per supplier: lead time, delivery cycle, target stock in weeks, pack or pallet multiple
  • Spiky sales: the 80th percentile of weekly sales over 12 weeks is used instead of the average
  • Per-product multiples: paste "code;pcs per pallet", they take precedence over the supplier
  • Goods on the way: paste "code;qty;delivery date", the quantity is subtracted from the order
  • Seasonal mode: calculates by the same months last year, adjusted for year-on-year growth
  • Urgency Urgent / Soon / OK and a hint on every column
  • Excel export of exactly what you see: one order = one supplier

Favourites

Paste the codes or EANs of products you want to keep an eye on. You will see their sales, stock per warehouse, forecast and recommended quantity. The list is stored with the e-shop, so the whole team sees it.

Top sales (30 days)

The best-selling items of the last month, with sales over 7 to 90 days and stock in days.

Out of stock (online / stores)

What is at zero and sold recently. For retail stores separately per warehouse, including POS sales.

To produce

For made-to-order production: what to make based on open orders. The Multi version adds a daily production plan by delivery date.

Stock that did not sell at all in the chosen period, according to stock movements and orders. Candidates for a discount, clearance or return to the supplier.

  • No sale for 30, 60, 90 or 180 days
  • How much cash is tied up in it, at purchase and selling prices
